my birthday isn't actually until monday, but john is going out of town so he took today to celebrate a little bit with me. we had crepes for breakfast, did a little shopping and then had dinner at a new restaurant neither of us had been to before, and the rest of the evening will be spent with our butts planted on the couch watching a movie. this is the life.
